To submit a video:

  • Film a 30 second or less clip sharing your story about #ItDoesntHaveToHurt
  • Save as .avi or .mov
  • Send to itdoesnthavetohurtstories@gmail.com by April 1st, 2017
    • If the video is over 30MB, you may have trouble sending the video. Instead, you can save the file on dropbox or google drive or upload the video on YouTube and share the link with us in an email.
    • If you are still having some difficulty, please contact us (itdoesnthavetohurtstories@gmail.com) and we will help find a solution.
  • If your video is selected, you will receive a $50CDN Amazon.ca egift card
