Blog: 5th Annual Dalhousie University Mawio'mi

The Aboriginal Children’s Hurt & Healing (ACHH) Initiative, Co-Lead by Dr. Margot Latimer of the Centre for Pediatric Pain Research and Sharon Rudderham, Health Director of Eskasoni First Nation, would like to wish all those attending the 5th Annual Dalhousie University Mawio’mi (or “pow wow”) a wonderful celebration! Events take place today (October 16th) from 11:30am – 3:00pm and include a traditional meal, grand entry, flag raising and traditional gathering.  All festivities are open to the Dalhousie University community.
