Do you have chronic pain on a daily, or almost daily, basis for at least 6 months?
Do you have a child between the ages of 8 to 17 years old?
You may be eligible to participate in our new online research study!
We are looking for parents with chronic pain who have at least one child between the ages of 8 and 17 years old to take part in a fun and short online study.
This study will be completely online (no need to come to our centre!) and only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Plus, you will have a chance to win a $100 CAD gift card!
